Summary

Scorebook Global keeps your scorebook on your device. We do not run a server, we do not
have accounts, and we never receive your games, your teams or your players’ names.
The app shows ads, and the Google ad SDK does collect data — that part is described below.

Information you enter

Team names, player names, jersey numbers, lineups and every recorded play are stored in a
database on your device. This data:

• is not transmitted to the developer,
• is not transmitted to any advertising partner,
• is removed when you delete the game or player in the app, or when you uninstall the app.

Player names may identify real people, including minors. Because this information stays on
your device, you control it. Consider that anyone with access to your unlocked device can
read it.

Files you export

You can export a game as PDF, CSV or JSON. Export files are created only when you ask for
them, and they are placed in the app’s own storage. When you share one, Android’s share
sheet lets you choose the destination — that destination, and what happens to the file
afterwards, is outside the control of this app.

Advertising

The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile
Ads SDK may collect an advertising identifier, coarse location, device information and
in-app activity such as ad views and clicks. This processing is performed by Google, not by
the developer. See Google’s disclosure at

What the app does about it:

• Consent. On first launch the app runs Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent
  flow. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where consent is
  required, personalised ads are not shown unless you agree.
• Restricted ads. Settings has a “Restricted ads” switch that limits ad personalisation.
• No ads while scoring. The scoring screen never contains ads.
• Your scorebook is never used for advertising. Player names and game records are not
  passed to the ad SDK.

The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

Children

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over, though it is commonly used to record games
played by children. Game records, including the names of minors, remain on the recording
person’s device. If the app is used to score youth games, we recommend turning on
“Restricted ads” in Settings.

Permissions

Permission	Why
INTERNET	Fetching ads. Scoring, statistics and export all work offline.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE	Letting the ad SDK check connectivity before requesting an ad.

The app requests no access to contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera.

Data retention and deletion

There is no server-side copy to delete. To remove data:

• delete individual games or players inside the app, or
• uninstall the app, which removes its database and any exported files still in app storage.

Files you have already shared to other apps or services are not affected.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new
effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes on Google
Play.
